It appears that the Deep Maps team will be making a return visit to the beautiful site of Lough Hyne this month as part of Heritage Week 2016. We will be lending a hand with the annual “Touch Tanks at Lough Hyne” event, a collaboration between Skibbereen Heritage Centre and our principal investigator Dr. Rob McAllen. This event is free to all and will give the public a chance to engage with marine species from the Lough and to learn more about the marine environment.
